Returns

We currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed after reviewing your request and may take up to 7–14 business days to be completed. Refunds are issued through the original method of payment, which in our case is cash-on-delivery. If approved, arrangements will be made to return the paid amount.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
